• The truth about “training data,” “hallucinations,” and why context rules everything

PART 2 – The Anatomy of a Perfect Prompt

Prompt Stack Formula™:

1. Context – What does the AI need to know?
2. Role – Who should it act like?
3. Task – What exactly do you want?
4. Format – How should it deliver?
5. Constraints – What should it avoid?

Example Prompt:

“You are a workflow strategist. Given the steps I list below, turn them into an optimized, AI-powered SOP in table format. Avoid fluff, keep it executable. Assume the audience is non-technical.”

PART 3 – Hands-On Exercise: Build Your First Knowledge Assistant

Tool: ChatGPT (GPT-4, Custom Instructions Enabled)

Step-by-Step:

1. Open ChatGPT.
2. Click your name (bottom left) → Custom Instructions
3. Paste this into “What would you like ChatGPT to know about you?”

   I’m building AI tools to reduce mental clutter and automate the annoying parts of life and business. I prefer clear, structured responses with zero fluff.
   

4. Under “How would you like it to respond?”

   Direct, witty, concise. Use markdown formatting when helpful. If you don’t know—say so.
   

Now ask:

“Build me a daily 3-step reset routine using AI tools to reduce emotional overwhelm. Make it brain-friendly and fast.”

Boom. You just launched your first GenAI assistant.

BONUS MINI-LAB: Create a 1-Click Idea Generator

Use this Prompt:

“Give me 10 viral content ideas on [TOPIC], categorized by purpose (educational, inspirational, controversial, humorous). Make sure they could fit into short-form video or carousel format.”

Try topics like:

• Cat training
• Coaching without therapy
